Dear members,
The 3D Print Resource library has been launched! You can find student guides for the prepCheck software by DentsplySirona. A software that analyses the students' preparation for feedback purposes, or you can use it as an assessment tool.

There are also 2 STL files for the Block exercise that were created by Ed Williams (Cardiff University) to support undergraduate students in developing foundational preclinical skills essential for crown preparations.

Great, thanks for posting the files on the block exercise.
would you think it useful to have a post of what materials worked well and what to avoid for this item ?
I have trialed and learned by mistakes what seems to work well but would love to find better materials and possibly easier printing methods to improve it.

I have used the ultimaker with PLA for the block holder as the material wears and allows intolerences in the block to still fit. I have also used TPU with equal success. the blocks have been printed in BASF resin on the opus printer and recently with a water based resin on a sprint ray I can dig out settings etc. should anyone need them.
