We are looking into buying a 3D printer to start printing teeth for our students to use on the phantom heads to be able to make them to what we really need. However we are unsure what type of printer would be the best one to use. Ideally we would like to be able to print in different colours (enamel, dentine, caries, pulp). 
Would you be able to advise on which printers work best for this?

Whether it is a post of what you are using and finding really sucsessful e.g. some software that allows students to learn denture design, CAD/CAM etc. or some  challenge you have for an idea to teach e.g you want to make a model to show retention principles but can't find a commercial version of what you want and you ask the community of someone has such a model, or is interested in designing in collaboration etc.

Until we populate the site we won't know what works or doesn't and we can't grow, so please start posting so we can work towards a useful resource for all our members and their institutions.

I look forward to seeing what threads are started here.
